Alloy Wheel Refurbishment & Alloy Wheel Repair - Timescales

On average our current turn around is between 1-3 working days for a Structural Repair & Cosmetic Re-finish but not guaranteed within this time-scale. Please contact us regarding this as our workload can fluctuate up and down rapidly. However, if speed is an issue, you may wish to pay a cost of 20% to jump up the que. Typical Timescale Examples:- 1) 1 wheel with no structural damage, refurbishment only, no tyre, blast wheel, machine out typical kerbing damage, re-finish to existing standard - 1 days average. 2) 1 wheel with structural damage, remove tyre, buckle, split rim & missing section, blast wheel, machine out typical kerb damage, re-finish to existing standard colour, replace tyre & balance complete wheel - 2 to 3 days average. 3) 4 Wheels with no structural damage, refurbishment only, blast wheels, machine out typical kerbing damage, re-finish to existing standard - 1 to 2 days average. 4) 4 Wheels with 1 major damaged wheel, comprising 1 + 2 above - 4 days average. 5) Cars booked in for same day refurbishment will be completed same day, unless there is structural damage to 1 or more wheels. The time-scales as indicated, are average times for us to complete the work involved, however you must understand that we have to schedule in the work first. We will always try and keep you informed of delays for whatever reason. Additionally we have to schedule in the curing oven for powder coating, our finishers will not cure only 1 wheel in the oven, they will wait until a batch of wheels requires to be done. As a minimum they will do 4 wheels.
