(buckle to inside + bent lip with no welding) • If only the inner part of the wheel is damaged, we can generally repair without affecting the outer / front face, however we can not guarantee this. We also apply a black sealer to the inner rim to protect the base metal, this may be visible through the spokes. If this finish is not appropriate then you must also include for a cosmetic repair to the whole wheel. • We always endeavour to keep costs down for our customers. COSMETIC REPAIR PRICES POWDER COATING Prices for powder coating starting from £30 Includes blasting, base coat, re-finishing colour and clear lacquer, no welding or any structural repair work (no tyre fitting or valves). We powder coat the entire wheel, not just the face of the wheel as others operators do, so it truly is, good value for money. SPLIT RIMS - Take apart & rebuild: • 2 & 3 Piece COR Split rim bolts that AWR remove may break on removal for whatever reason, the customer will be notified and new bolt kits will be required for each bolt as we will have to drill and re-thread, currently the cost is £8 per standard bolt, special bolts may cost more.

POLISHING Wheel polishing is a time consuming machine process, which requires due care and attention to detail, we therefore ask our customers to give explicit instructions on the required finish and extent of the polishing to be applied. BLASTING We can blast other parts not just wheels COR DISCOUNTS • When 2 or more processes apply, this will be included in any quotation given. Tyre disposal charge (or customer takes tyre away) = £3 per tyre CAR DROP OFF & COLLECT - (4+ Wheels) £0 per car CAR STORAGE IN YARD - (Overnight) £20 per car CAR PARKING IN YARD FOR WHEEL INSPECTION Remove & refit wheel (or spare) for customer £5 per wheel We will provide a trolley jack if the customer wishes to remove and re-fit wheels themselves at no charge.
