We are a small family run independent business, our automotive experience expands over 42 years. Alloy wheel repairs has been researched & developed over the last 25 years, we have created our own tooling & processes. We are constantly told by our customers, that we are the only business that can fix their badly damaged wheels. Wheel structural and cosmetic repair services now account for 75% of our total work, this is due to our specialised expertise in Alloy Wheel Repairs. We are well known by automotive professionals working in the industry and we have been receiving wheels from other repairers because they can not repair them. Unfortunately for us, these professionals do not tell the customer that we have repaired their wheels and the client never knows our name, even worse, credit has been taken for our work in many cases. However we are now trying to change this by branching out to the WEB to provide our services directly to customers. This allows for greater communication, especially from our European & Asian clients and any discounts or deals can be done direct with the customer. This is all new for us, and we do appreciate any feedback about our service.
