This image shows our 3 Phase TIG welder and gas bottle fixed to the rear of the unit. Our welding facilities cover MIG, TIG, ARC & Spot welding methods. We specialise in Aluminium, Magnesium, Mild Steel & Stainless Steel welding. We have over 20 years experience in welding and there is pretty much nothing we wont weld together using an appropriate method. 85% of our current welding jobs are for alloy or magnesium wheel repairs. We still get the odd steel wheel to repair tho'. |

The following images show a typical wheel getting welded. It has various areas of damage to both rims including penetration cracks that go all the way thro'. The crack we are repairing requires to be filled & strength added to both sides of the rim. |
