The majority of our tyre changing work is done using this machine, as you can see we have removed a tyre from this rim damaged & buckled wheel, the wheel will then go to our workshop for strightening & refurbishment. We will then replace the tyre and re-balance the wheel. This tyre changer can remove tyres from wheels up to 19" dia. This machine is partially pnuematic. |

We have a secondary tyre changing machine which can remove tyres from larger wheels up to 22" dia. Its grippers can hold the wheel on the inside and outside rims, which allows for larger wheels. This machine is fully pnuematic Due to our ever increasing alloy wheel repair capacity, this has been a great investment for us as only using 1 machine was causing a bottle neck effect within the garage & workshop. |
We can fit your own tyres and balance the complete wheel or supply and fit tyres at your request depending on cost.
Tyre Removal & Fitting Costs:-
Unfortunately we currently do not have the specialised equipment to remove and replace motorbike tyres or wheels larger than 22" in diametre, although we can repair the alloy wheels themselves, providing that the tyre is first removed.
